• Ticketing: All tickets for our events are sold via Ticket Tailor. By purchasing a ticket, you enter into a contract with Hand Picked Records.

• Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a total cancellation or rescheduling of the performance. Booking fees are non-refundable.

• Admission: Admission is subject to the rules of the venue. Hand Picked Records reserves the right to refuse entry for reasons of public safety or breach of venue policies.
